The aim of this lively exhibition was to promote dialogue between contemporary metropolitan and regional art practice and the communities who formed the audiences. The works by (at the time) emerging Western Australian artists Jurek Wybraniec, Derek Tang, Antony Muia, Yvette Watt and Cecile Williams were selected to investigate the relationship between the viewer and the art object.
