Delivering art handling training across Western Australia
ART ON THE MOVE has relaunched its training program, which aims to support the development of skilled art handlers and technicians across Western Australia.
Presented in collaboration with local partners, the workshops will equip participants with foundational skills in exhibition installation and artwork handling. The ART ON THE MOVE Training Program serves as a platform for developing professional practice and provides expanded career opportunities for artists and arts workers across the regions.
With support from the WA Government’s Regional Exhibition Touring Boost, workshops are offered at no cost to the participant. Registrations are facilitated by regional partners.
Workshops can also be requested on a fee-for-service basis, tailored to suit each organisation’s needs.
