Delivering art handling training across Western Australia

In response to the needs of regional arts and galleries, ART ON THE MOVE is relaunching its training program in 2025, aiming to support the development of skilled art handlers and technicians across Western Australia.

Presented in collaboration with local partners, the workshops will equip participants with foundational skills in exhibition installation and artwork handling. The ART ON THE MOVE Training Program serves as a platform for developing professional practice and provides expanded career opportunities for artists and arts workers across the regions.

Supported by the Regional Exhibition Touring Boost, workshops will be offered free to participants. Registrations will be facilitated by regional partners.

Workshops can also be requested on a fee-for-service basis, tailored to suit each organisation’s needs.
