At ART ON THE MOVE we offer our community and Western Australians creative ways to engage with art, fostering deep connections and encouraging new ways of looking at the world and participating in contemporary cultural and artistic communities.
We work with a diverse group of artists across our programs and develop activities in partnership with creative organisations across industries to build and share knowledge, and to develop and grow a wide variety of audiences for the arts in Western Australia.
Inspired by the artists we tour, and inviting the widest range of participants, we work to offer a range of inclusive events and activities that reflect the diversity of the communities we live in and art forms that exist- with the aim of sharing and shaping the possibilities for positive impact creativity can have in our lives in a rapidly changing world.
Our programmes include large scale events, workshops, artist talks, tours, longer term artist residencies and projects as well as online activities and resources. Our learning programmes are for everyone. They take place in the galleries, in the community and online.
